Green Your Apartment

www.GreenYourApartment.com This website is a passion project of mine focused on green living for the urban apartment dweller. While most websites offer advice like buy energy efficient appliances, renters are not always able to do so. But this does not mean that renting equals living unsustainably. I started in while living in Orange County in [...]

Loyal Companion Pet Crematory

02.09.11 Posted in clip by

No one wants to think about when a pet passes away which is why compassion and gentle tone were essential for this project. I wrote the website copy for this family-run cemetery and crematorium in Atlanta who were expanding to provide a final resting place for beloved family pets.

Yes, I know the movie just came out and yes, I’m aware that it is incredibly clichéd to read it now before seeing the movie. My only defense is one of my book clubs selected it so I dutifully read it. Let me start with as soon as I finished the book, I missed Liz Gilbert. [...]

The Cobbler’s Children

06.23.10 Posted in news by

Alas, it seems the cobbler’s children tend to go without shoes. This poor little blog of mine has been neglected in favor of serving my clients, but it will not be neglected much longer. Stay tuned as I have many things up my sleeve for the summer! Image: Arvind Balaraman / FreeDigitalPhotos.net

Welcome 2010!

01.05.10 Posted in news by

In a major faux pas I’m going to quote someone anonymously here: Dear 2009 – after much review I (and several friends) have decided that you suck. Therefore, we have replaced you with a better looking 2010. With a hearty “Here, here!” I welcome you to 2010. May your profits rise, your overhead lower, and [...]
